3. Shipping Costs

We calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of the order, the delivery location and the selected shipping method, which will be notified on the sales page of each product.

We offer Standard shipping and its cost is indicated on the respective product pages as well as on the payment screen.
And we offer Free Shipping for specially selected products.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions to monitor its status.

We currently ship to almost every country in the world. If your location is not covered, please contact us to discuss alternatives.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.
6. Undelivered or Rejected Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, it will be returned to our facilities. A new shipment may be requested at additional costs.

In the event that the customer refuses delivery, the shipping and return costs will be deducted from the corresponding refund.
7. Damages or Losses

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, including photos of the damage and packaging.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier confirms delivery. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue with the courier company.
